The Anticipation Engine is a new breed of algorithm which which performs actions a head of your activities. This can be differentiated from a recommendation engine algorithm which offers you suggestions based on similar actions of others. This also differs from a traditional search engine in that the search algorithm simply returns contextually relevant information.

The Anticipation Engine focuses on predicting events you may perform in the near future based on known personal information. This can be achieved by progressively learning from situations and experiences, thus gaining new competencies, building relationships, and assuming new roles.
